Myself and my partner visited the shop last year and were met with a really friendly and knowledgable staff member who helped us chose some lovely products. Since then I have ordered twice from their website as we aren’t local to the shop, and both times the order has been beautifully packaged and dispatched quickly. Can’t recommend their products enough, the scents of the candles/diffusers are lovely and very long lasting.

Absolutely amazing delivery. The three candles I ordered look even nicer in person and smell incredible. All the packaging was eco friendly and very aesthetic. The handwritten note and extra little gift added were the cherry on top. Couldn’t have been happier!

The mark of an excellent store can be determined by the friendliness of all members of staff, from the initial welcome, how helpful and pleasant they are, despite the awkwardness of questions, the loving way in which goods purchased are wrapped and placed in a bag, and by the genuine way in which both purchaser and seller hope to see each other again! When we entered the shop, there were many customers already in there looking at a wide range of goods (mostly candles of all sizes and perfumes, but also ranges of melts, gifts that anybody would love to receive; well, my wife and I would, as well as all of our friends, so I would hope everyone else would as well!) In the event, my wife bought a large "perfumed" Christmas candle - "Last Light", whilst I bought a small "First Light" candle, a medium size"Last Light" and a lovely glazed pottery stylised "horse" Christmas tree decoration! We always find the staff to be ever so helpful, friendly and welcoming, so we will be returning, next time we're in Shaftesbury!
