Can’t get an appointment, I work and am unable to call at the times I have been told to call, however I did manage to get time off to try and there were no appointments by the time I got through. I wish to make an appointment with a specific doctor as I require a medication review but you can no longer book follow up appointments. Told to go online and book through there but there are never any appointments available on there either. It’s an absolute joke! So fed up, feeling poorly, requiring a dosage change and I don’t know what to do! Not good enough Bosmere Practice!

Always very helpful and friendly. I have had really responsive appointment times for my children when unwell and helpful support from online and telephone appointments for myself. I know that it can be difficult to get through sometimes but this is the same as all GP practices who are in the main extremely underfunded with unrealistic targets to meet. I receive excellent care and support and have a better experience than friends and colleagues in other practices

I popped into the surgery this morning to arrange my 'shingles jab', having been invited to arrange an appointment. I was seen immediately and the practitioner who saw me was professional courteous - and the vaccination administered with the lightest of touch. Excellent. Can't praise the surgery enough. The young lady on Reception facilitated it all .... all good .... Thank you - all of you there, but in particular the Receptionist who saw me and the Triage nurse who gave me the jab.

I have a problem. I can barely breathe, I am asthmatic and suffering from, apparently, an asthma attack. I did foolishly try ringing the surgery, being number 13 in a queue that got dropped after about 15 minutes, then tried again only to be again dropped; then again. I tried again in the afternoon with the same repeated result. And again the following day, and the day after, in fact every day last week without ever getting through. I did get through to 111, who gave me steroids and told me to get in contact with my doctor, due to how much I was taking my reliever inhaler, but who could not explain exactly how. This week (it is Wednesday now) I have tried each day at the appointed times and got through only once; the lady told me there were no appointments to be had and to try tomorrow, and if I needed anything more to try the walk in centres or to go to A&E. I could book an appointment on line if I was registered (I am not) or I have to ring in and hope; I've rung in each day, unsuccessfully obviously. I rang ten times this morning between 8.00-8.30am and the line went straight to engaged - big joke, you guys. This is utterly pathetic. The staff might be great, but this situation is just terrible. I am coughing and wheezing, I am not sleeping very well and running out of the only meds that remotely do anything but the people who I would normally turn to are not interested. I hate to think how those who are really ill are getting on!
