If you are in the extremely fortunate position to actually get an appointment rest assured that you will sit and wait and wait….. They are never ever ever on time!!!! If you have to have tests, please heed my advice and start calling daily for results as otherwise you will never receive them!! If you are lucky enough to get an appointment whatever you do, do not be even 30 seconds late or they will refuse to see you and will make you wait a further 7 days for your next appointment. I tried calling to advise that I was stuck in traffic and would be 3 or 4 minutes late for a blood test, despite my warning of this possibility as I travel 30 miles from work on the M25 and M3 and was effectively dismissed! This is only the latest in a catalogue of poor service we have suffered at this practice. I am saddened that we are made to feel a complete burden on The Border Practice rather than a patient!!

I have always had fantastic service when it comes to the team at the boarder practice. The receptionists are always very friendly and attentive, nurses brilliant and my dr, Dr Uppal is fantastic! These Drs and their staff work extremely hard and if anyone in the UK deserves a raise in pay its them! Ive experienced how bad a Dr surgery can be, so if anyone is looking to join the boarder practice I highly recommend it as they are brilliant. A Masters
