Outstanding customer service. After a product for my super nerdy hobby sold out in one minute during the preorder I took a chance and called the Book house after seeing they stocked said hobby products in a targeted advert on social media. Unfortunately they had already sold their allocated copies but the owner was good enough to try and source an extra copy. I didn't hold much hope but was impressed with the attitude, imagine my delight to receive a call to tell me he had secured another copy (insert excited happy nerd noises) 🙌😁

Lovely independent book shop in a great location. We visited when Julia Donaldson was signing books in the shop. They had even arranged for the Gruffalo to be present. It was a great day and a fantastic shop with a brilliant range of books for all ages, very family friendly. Lots of free parking available close by too which was perfect! We hope to return soon for some more books.
