Dropped by The Bonsai Shed on my way to somewhere else today and I was happily surprised and impressed by the trees. A really good range of different species and styles. But the best bit was meeting Andy who runs the Bonsai Shed. His enthusiasm and passion for all things bonsai is infectious! Had a great chat and bought a fine grey bark elm. Will certainly be returning here when I'm that side of the metropolis again.

Booked my 12 yr old for a Junior class, the class lasted 5 hours, he absolutly loved it. Came back home with a bonsai he made! Andy is super passionate about Bonsai and this is apparent in the way he has set up a support group to help with my son's Bonsai Journey. I am now interested in taking up Bonsai as I see this as a way to spend calm quality time with my son and have something to remember those moments by 10, 20 may be 30 years down the line! More people deserve to benefit from Andy's service (the place is run more like a service than a business!)
