    This place closes at the drop of a towel and times posted on the website are never accurate. I would suggest calling before you leave. Today was my third wasted journey when the website said they were open. They will loose all their customers soon. Such a shame.

    Wasn't impressed with this venue at all. I went at a peak time and the place was nearly empty, just a handful of people who were all twice my age. The place had a strange vibe to it and not a welcoming atmosphere at all. The guy on the front desk was rude which didn't help my experience. Cleanliness could be improved along with many other factors. The worst sauna I've visited in England and not somewhere I would visit again.

    I had my first visit to the Boiler Room recently. A nice, polite handsome man greeted me which put me at ease straightway. A smile and warm courteous welcome,lovely. The place was clean,tidy and the downstairs lounge was very comfortable. Free coffee as well! Obviously didn't know I was going to visit,lol. I would recommend the Boiler Room and I definitely will be attending again soon. Thank you.

    Called in when I was visiting my uncle Tommy I'm from Wolverhampton the place was brilliant the staff very friendly and polite in herd roumers the place was dirty and full of dirty old men I didn't think so I think the people who go in there polite and also I met a nice old man in you're greate place keep up the good work you all do from kev and goug will be coming back xxx
