I can't recommend BodyReset clinic enough, they're absolutely brilliant. I saw Vicki in clinic after putting off going in the hope the niggling pain I was getting would self resolve after a few months (it didn't). She identied the issue and what was causing it. She's treated my lower back, hip, glutes and hamstrings with soft tissue massage, cupping and acupuncture to release the surrounding muscles and fascia, which I hadn't realised were as tight as they were until she started working on them! She demonstrated stretches and physio exercises which should prevent the issue from continuing. Every visit I make to BodyReset highlights how skilled, knowledgeable and professional the staff are, whilst also being super friendly and approachable. Always leave wishing I'd visited sooner.

Twice I’ve injured myself at the gym. Twice I kept putting off doing something about it, thinking it will just get better. Twice I wish I’d gone to Body Reset Clinic a lot sooner!! Freddie sorted a twisted knee through therapy showing me how to bind it with sports tape and rehab exercises. Vicki sorted a shoulder that was constantly pinching a muscle with sports massage and rehab exercises. Both excellent and both sorted the problems in far shorter time than the pain I’d put up with. Highly recommended, don’t delay and go see them!

After jarring my back on a tree root, I continued to run, until a few days later, I was getting sharp pain and unable to run at all and even struggling to walk or sit pain free. I managed to get an appointment with Vicki Styles at the clinic at short notice. I have to say how brilliant Vicki was, her assessment was thorougher and she completely got me and my complex history. Being a runner I'm not the best patient, but Vicki totally understood this and was able to help. After the first appointment I went in struggling to walk without sharp pain, to leaving walking feeling bruised but no sharp pain which felt fantastic. Vicki and her team are kind a caring and really do want to help. They are not just after your money like some physio's I've used in the past. If your wondering if you should book an appointing then I'd say 100% do it. I'm sure the team won't let you down.
