Mikey is a great PT who personalised a work out and nutrition plan tailored to My specific needs and goals, he was able to assess my current fitness levels and identify any weaknesses or imbalances, and designed a program that addressed those issues whilst also challenging me appropriately. In addition to designing workouts mikey provided guidance on nutrition and lifestyle habits that supported my fitness goals. Once he'd got me back to enjoying training the next challenge was to get my body in a position to get through a 105mile endurance challenge injury free.
