I have been when it’s great but the last few visits has seriously lacked in basic service and food. Being shouted at by staff because it’s over an hour wait for food being told 6 times while queuing for food that it’s a long wait am I sure I want to bother, when the food finally came it was cold and tasteless. it’s always asking for staff, makes me wonder what management is like and why can’t they keep staff! Shame because it can be such a great place.
