We called up at 7:35pm asking when food was served until - was told 8pm food & 9pm drinks. Turned up at 7:45pm, ordered drinks and asked for food menu - was then told food had stopped. When I questioned him that we had just called, he put his head in his hands and walked off with no answer. Honestly, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Having then not wanting to pay for our drinks and leaving being so disgusted with the appalling service, we trecked to the tram shed (salt bar) for gorgeous food and amazing service. We will not be back. We have been 3 times already and they have been closed randomly each time - stick by your opening times. We didn't even want to put 1 star.
