I met these at the Arnold show in brum summer of last year, all seemed good no problem, my blood was taken and a week or two later I was given my results, all good. I was suffering from low testosterone, during my follow up consultation I was informed by Chris that I would need TRT and that he would refer me to a clinic that he recommended. I was never referred and after lots of msgs from the blood lab team back I was promised a call and referral, this happened many times. I feel that they just did the easy part, took my £200 ran that sample through a machine and sent out results and could not be bothered with any of the follow up that was promised. I recommended using someone else.

Worst experience dealing with a company that’s meant to be doing something so important like blood tests. On the day of getting the tests completed there was no specific location sent to attend the clinic. Still waiting two weeks for results (again not acceptable for such an important issue like blood test results), no replies to multiple emails, mobile number to Becky goes to a full mail box, I managed to get the owners number no response from him either. Extremely poor service, stay clear.
