Had an amazing meal celebrating birthdays with friends. Large group of us had the banqueting menu. Staff were great at accommodating dietary requirements. The food was all excellent from the amuse bouche onwards. Lamb was my highlight. I’d recommend for anyone looking for a special occasion meal.

I stayed at the Blind Bull for two nights with a group of friends - we rented 3 rooms - and the food and services were amazing. Everyone is super attentive and friendly. Really enjoyed their Arnold Bennett served for breakfast as well as lovely pastries and the Sunday roasts were definitely a highlight - recommend all beef, pork and lamb. A la carte and course menu we tried for lunch and dinner were slightly repetitive during our stay and the flavour was generally very strong except for the artichoke carbonara - we loved anyway! Rooms were beautiful and cosy, well insulated and kept us warm from the cold outside. Enjoyed hot showers. Very tranquil neighbourhood and lovely walks around too! Thanks to the Blind Bull team who provided excellent services during our stay ✨

The pub decor is stunning, great vibe. Their food is outstanding, some risks with their menu which we liked for example the beef main had Anchovies (interesting blend!) and a starter whipped fish with pastry and blood orange was the best starter I’ve ever had. If you go for the carrot cake dessert pls note it’s more like a walnut muffin (delicious) bur a huge slab of blue cheese and a savoury tasting rhubarb salsa so it’s more of a blue cheese dessert not a carrot cake dessert. Great gin selection also
