We had a great time at The Bletchley! The staff were great, the code breaking was a lot of fun and the drinks were really nice! There was a couple there complaining about everything for no real reason- I felt rather sorry for the staff having to deal with them, but they handled it well. There’s no pleasing some people! I would definitely recommend!

Didn't think it was very good value for money unfortunately. The staff were very slow on the day we went (they forgot to give us our first cocktail) and we were left waiting around a lot. The coffee breaking itself was more basic than we imagined and there were far fewer puzzles than we expected. There was no clear sorry line, lots of decisions we made (eg picking countries) seemed to have no impact on the story or seemed to have any noticeable purpose. There was no clear ending or conclusion so we actually embedded up asking the staff if we had finished or whether there was another round of clues or something. It felt a bit dissatisfying

Even at the new venue, disappointed Our “enigma” machine was faulty, they took ages with our drinks, the menus for the clues were super sticky. Not to mention, we chose the “difficult” setting, and I don’t have the words for how straightforward it was. They also didn’t have enough jackets for our table. It’s a shame, as the staff were friendly, but there were a lot of faults on fundamental stuff.

We had a fantastic time cracking top secret mission codes for the ultimate prize: personalized cocktails!! 🍹 lots of fun & delicious drinks - great vibes!! 🕵🏻♂️ MD was our host, and we enjoyed him guiding us through during our missions! Would go again & definitely recommend others to check it out!

THEY MOVED. Our group was visiting London from the USA and had booked AND PREPAID for this experience a few months ago. When we booked, the Bletchley was located in Chelsea. When the confirmation email came, there was ZERO notice that the location changed, but we did see that the address looked different. We came to find out that it was now over an hour away from where we were supposed to be. There was no way to make our other reservations and also travel 2 hours back and forth to this new, undisclosed location. To make matters worse, there was no way to contact the Bletchley. All phone numbers went to voicemail. We booked our experience for a Monday, but the website now says that they are closed on Mondays. So we had a reservation booked and prepaid for a location that did not exist and wasn't even open on the day we booked. All without any update or communication from the establishment. I can't say what the experience is actually like because we were sold a scam. If you are thinking about attending, please be aware of the new location and hours as the booking system is not. To top it all off, I got an email from them asking for a review of my experience. What a joke.

I’m honestly lost for words. Our experience was excruciatingly bad. This place is border line a scam given that we prepaid for this and did not get what we paid for in either the drinks (never came) or the “experience”, which was in shambles. Unless they can turn things around at the new location, this is a complete waste of money and time. Save your money and go elsewhere. Some context: - We arrived on time but we’re told they were running behind, so we should wait downstairs for someone to come get us. Ok, fine. Only after 25 minutes of waiting were we finally let in, and only after going to ask again if we could sit down. When we got inside it was apparent that a table had been available the entire time. - The only good thing about the welcome cocktail is that it was cold, and that helped make the hot and humid room slightly more tolerable. - The whole experience is centred around receiving custom cocktails. After smelling various scents and tasting various bitters, we created a “code” to make a cocktail. We then waited for, get this, an hour and half for our “custom cocktail”. After the hour and a half, 2 of three drinks came. One was not at all based on what was selected, one was “mixed up” at the bar, and the third? Well that just never came. Only after asking what was going on did they finally confess that they had lost our tasting notes, so they served up whatever drink they could grab from the bar. - I could go on and on, but between the puzzles being already completed for us, to losing our drink order, to only receiving one of the two drinks we paid for, this was simply the worst bar / experience I’ve ever had. Other customers were clearly disappointed and some also asked for refunds. To end the night, they simply stopped bringing us the remaining puzzles to complete and started packing up, all while we were still yet to receive the drinks and the experience we paid for. Seriously. Avoid this place.
