Neil frequents my local market day where I picked up a card from him ages ago. Got in touch to find out when he'd next be in town, and it took awhile for us both to coordinate, but he was ALWAYS super responsive to my messages on Facebook. When I finally came to get my knives sharpened I brought five or six of varying lengths and conditions. These are knives I spent good money on initially, but some of them had been treated very poorly and had quite deep nicks, as well as just becoming blunt after many years of use. Neil had them all done beautifully in about two hours, charged me less than £30. An EXCELLENT way to save money in the long run. I don't expect to need his services again any time soon, he's done such a good job this time around, but I have been recommending him to all my friends - don't throw your knives away, get them sharpened, save money, keep your bin men safe, treat the environment well! Thank you Neil! Five stars all around!

Needed my chefs knives sharpened and one repointed in time for Christmas. Contacted Neil and he confirmed his availability the same day. I managed to drop them off at his home address as it was convenient and the knives were done within a few hours. Very pleased with the quality of the sharpening and his polite and speedy service, I will be using this company again and I highly recommend.

After many years of trying to sharpen my tools myself i have decided i will never sharpen a chisel again and, just send them to neil instead! They have never been so sharp.
