Whatever backy/Snuff/Pipes et al this is the place, even has mail order. Spend all day browsing looking at the pipes and lighters. And the smell of rich flavoured tobacco is a bit addictive.! No issues with passive smoking!!!!

What a little gem of a find. Was having a week at Filey when we decided to have a day at Scarborough as I was running low and was unable to order from my regular online store I googled,tobacconist’s near me and found Black Swan in Scarborough. Wow what a well stocked beautiful little shop. Definitely recommend certainly will be returning

Went in to buy cigarillos with filter . Shop staff had poor knowledge bought 4 items one of which was non filtered and was told it was and charged £16 for 5. Don't use unless you have no choice.

Ordered a specific cigar with my order and recieved the incorrect one. I contacted the shop to rectify the mistake and recieved 4 emails in reply. The 1st was suggesting either refunding the price difference or posting out the correct one and returning the incorrect one. I opted for the price difference. Im not happy , I essentially had to pay for something I didnt want. Another gentleman contacted me and said keep the original and we will send out the correct one at our expense. I then recieved a fourth email telling me to disregard that offer. My time is valuable and I dont enjoy paying for something I didnt want or wasting my time on someone elses mistake. My first negative experience from a british tobacconist. Il stick with my regular shops. Order number TBS-383796
