Kat worked very patiently with us from the start to make sure we got the wedding cake we wanted. My husband and I met through kayaking and enjoy a number of shared outdoor activities and we wanted this to be reflected somehow in our wedding cake. In the end we settled for a three tier silhouette cake with each layer reflecting how our interests/activities developed through our relationship, which looked stunning! I highly recommend the red velvet with white chocolate and raspberry buttercream if you have a sweet tooth like we do! Everyone absolutely loved the cake, and I can confirm it tasted as good as it looked! We honestly can't recommend the black rat cakery enough!

Kat created a bespoke Harry Potter birthday cake for my daughters 18th. Due to my daughters allergies (which she has now out grown) it was her first taste of cake and it did not disappoint. There were other allergies for Kat to deal with and this she did with no complaint or issue. The end result was a beautiful, individual and fantastic tasting cake and a very happy 18 year old.
