My first order was beautiful but sadly arrived damaged. I have been told I’m getting a replacement but still not received it and sent many emails asking if it’s been dispatched or if there’s a tracking number but heard nothing back so far. I’m just hoping that my order turns up soon

I don’t like giving out bad reviews, but I ordered a Mother’s Day gift over 2 weeks ago. I haven’t received it. Was told after a week it will be posted that day but still nothing. I emailed again and no reply. Not happy. I usually like to help out small businesses but I feel this one is a scam. Very disappointed

Ordered memorial slate for my parents for Christmas on 17th Nov. Arrived with typo, replacement still not received, no refund and emails being ignored. Not happy not good service at all.

Lies, says your order has been dispatched and when it’s not received says they will resend, still no tracking provided. When I raised a dispute with clearpay as I hadn’t received the goods the seller never responded to clearpay after 2 weeks so clearpay refunded me and then the seller told me they were able to redirect the order back to themselves as I had raised the dispute they had ignored. Find it hard to believe no tracking but you can have it redirected back to yourself. Avoid this business!
