If you cancel more than 30 days before the start of the retreat, the remaining balance will not be charged. If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of the retreat, the full amount will be charged. For cabaret club reservations, we require a credit card hold to secure the booking. You can cancel up to 24 hours before the reservation without penalty. We hired the Yurt for our daughters 18th birthday party. Amanda and Adrian were both so friendly, helpful and welcoming from the initial enquiry to the big day itself. The Yurt is such a special party venue, every guest commented on the unique atmosphere, the sun shone through the central skylight and despite the cold day the wood burner kept us all warm throughout the event. It was a magical day and we found we had to drag ourselves away - we would highly recommend the Yurt. Thank you from Emma and Mike
