Our cat Toby loved Simone as soon as he met her! Simone completes home visits whilst we are away, to feed him and give him those all important chin tickles. He can suffer with a bad tummy, but Simone takes his needs in her stride and ensures he’s as happy as possible and well looked after in our absence. I trust Simone implicitly and it means we can fully relax whilst away and not worry about our pets well-being - especially with the regular update texts and pictures, that put our minds further at ease. Highly recommend. 😻

Simone looked after my two cats while I was away over Christmas and I really couldn't have asked for a better service! She was very comprehensive when taking their details on the initial visit and while we were away she not only fed them etc but spent time playing and giving them cuddles. She sent regular photos and videos. Our boiler conveniently decided to play up while we were away and Simone went above and beyond by letting us know and helping to adjust the settings on it to tie us over until we could get someone to look at it when we got back. I'd highly recommend Simone at Petpals Leeds North if you want someone who is professional and reliable who will keep your cats safe :)

Simone was very professional and highly organised from the outset. She texted me before I went away to confirm the dates and details we had previously booked which gave me great confidence my cat would be extremely well looked after ….. and she was! I paid the bill with clenched teeth. Was not in seeing vet 4 5 mins.... Never listened to a word I said gave my dog the very same meds.. Never checked her heart. Blood pressure temperature.. And when I questioned that he took a step back and got on his high horse..... But in the meantime my poor dog is suffering badly. And it's killing me sat here watching her deteriorate in front of me.... There must be somebody out there who can help her get fid of whatever it is that's doing this to her Please zoom in around eyes and the dirty black fur

Lisa has walked our dog, Dylan, for 7 years since he was a puppy. Dylan loves his walks with Lisa and looks out for her daily arrival and takes great pleasure in telling the whole house that she is hear. Dylan has boarded with Lisa in the past which is a great service to have available for our own piece of mind when travelling. If you are on the lookout for a dog walking service I would happily recommend Lisa to you. The fact that Dylan rushes to the door to go out walking with Lisa speaks volumes about how much he loves his walks with her and the bond she has built with him over the years

Lisa always provides an excellent service with the only downside being that my Golden Retrievers don’t actually want to get out of her van and come home after walks! I can’t rate Lisa highly enough. If you want your pooches to be very well looked after from someone who really cares about them then look no further.
