After a small issue with a replacement cassette, Gordon went above and beyond to get my entire gearing system working perfectly, changing out the cables and the derailleur, without charging me additional labour costs. My bike now shifts beautifully. I also appreciate that he also took the time to fix-up a few other tiny issues with missing screws and fixings that might have gone unnoticed - particularly after my previous experience with a different bike shop charging an arm and a leg to replace a small, generic bar-end cap! Their standard labour costs are also transparent and very reasonable

Had a very bent rear disc break that they managed to straighten out to an excellent degree. The guy really took his time to make sure that it wasn't "just working", but actually got it to a condition, where I couldn't tell it was bent before. Also avoids having to buy a new disc, which would contribute to pollution. Very affordable prices and friendly staff.
