Great service on Good Friday from Graham. I wanted my first E-Bike and i didn't have a clue what i was looking for. I am very happy with the outcome. I bought a Haibike Alltrek 5 and love it ,everyone was friendly and helpful and my son even left with an easter egg. The bike was ready to collect the next morning as promised. No pressure sales and lots of choice and Graham knew his stuff and had plenty of time for us .We just happened to see the shop after going into another store further down the road that was just poor !! Zero customer service and due to this lost a few thousand pound sale . Thankfully The Bike Factory gave me and my son a great customer experience and due to this they will be my first port of call in any future biking needs .My son has already spotted a bike for his bday in Aug . Thanks again

They assembled the bike for me and delivered to my address. Although delayed by a day due to unforseen circumstances that they communicated with me, they generously included some free accessories.
