Ordered some tiles for a job with a 3 week delivery advised by the website. 6 weeks later, no tiles, not answering the phone and have never even had a confirmation email - they took my money alright though. Avoid these cowboys, you deserve better.

deplorable service i ordered a sample tile several weeks later they never delivered i emailed twice and then had to call them, with a reply oh has it got to you yet? ....no it has not i replied....we will send it immediately ....the tile measured 150mm x 610mm the sample sent was the corner of the tile cut off ??? ridiculous how are supposed to see a slate effect tile from a corner of a tile 10cm x 10cm i paid £2.00 for the sample ,so poor i wont be dealing with this company for sure...
