Awesome service, great bike. They were extremely helpful and friendly providing tips about what roads and paths to take. On Sunday when public transit is less I definitely recommend hiring a bike. When I get home I'll fix up my bike because what they lent me reminded me how nice a well tuned bike is to ride.

Really friendly helpful chap. After no luck in any other bike shops in Cheltenham I called this place on a Sunday after having no idea it existed to get a small part for a hydraulic hose. I went straight to the shop and got what I needed. He did everything he possibly could to help. Had a nice chat and was on my way. Great little shop extremely helpful no bs from the staff. Will be using agian.

Always a pleasure to come here to get my bike looked over. Never overcharged... maybe undercharged?! Friendly staff and excellent service. Would not take my bike elsewhere. They even offer reasonable secure storage for your bike if you dont want to risk leaving it at the main train station bike spot.
