I went to this surgery in April for the first time and was very disappointed by the receptionist who attended to me. Firstly her nonchalant attitude and complete lack of professional is appalling. I gave Ms/Mrs H my name twice and even proceeded to ask her for covid fast response test yet she forgot to log the attendance and after waiting for close to 45mints to be called, I went to inquire why I still haven’t been called and she looked at me like I wasn’t there until I called another staff who to my disbelief confirmed she didn’t log my attendance and even implied that I was later. I asked her to check her CCTV as I was there 14mints to my appointment. The Lady in question didn’t even bother to acknowledge she had made a mistake or attempted to apologise instead they told me I’d need to rebook…NOT!! I had waited for 3-weeks and I’m being asked to rebook over someone’s incompetence? It still feels unreal how these people are literally workers for the NHS. No I do not recommend this surgery!

Absolutely shocking! Refused urgent appointment for my 3 year old as there is not a single GP working today and advised to go to A&E. Edit 02/05 2 months later after my original review. I requested urgent appointment for my other child 5 month old baby to be told exactly the same thing- no GP working today, go to A&E

I have nothing but praise for this practice. The doctors are very good I’ve been looked after extremely well. All through the pandemic the phone was answered maybe a bit slower but still answered. The receptionist are all really friendly and helpful. My wife and I have been with Bexley medical group for nearly 40 years between two surgeries King Harold’s way and Erith and have always been treated great. I can’t speak highly enough. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
