Incompetent. I paid for 2 man delivery of a wardrobe to upstairs bedroom; they were unable to complete the job. Seemed to have no idea how to move a large heavy piece of furniture around a bend in the staircase. BCC wanted to completely dismantle an antique, which was unnecessary. I paid another company to move it upstairs. Damage to the door of the wardrobe was repaired satisfactorily, but my enquiries about the damage to my home were ignored. Communication poor.

Total fraudster unfortunately, I paid for insurance for delivery of a table to Amsterdam, Richard offloaded the delivery to another courier who damaged the table. It was approaching a year of no contact or resolution from the company until I managed to get half of what I was owed. Big financial cost to myself and a good client lost. Avoid at all cost!
