Had some issues and feedback to share with hotel. After initially saying they would engage ahead of me giving a review, they have gone very quiet and not replying to email. Will update after giving them a few days Food & drinks: The slapdash presentation of the mediocre roast only matched by the poor attitude of one of the staff. Have tried to engage with them to discuss privately the overcharging but silence.
