UPDATED. Buyer beware. This place was spotless, the staff were all incredibly friendly and reassuring. I had second lobe piercings and a helix piercing and honestly I felt in much safer hands than the nurse at my GP. As a PhD scientist I can't rate their aseptic technique highly enough. It was a very positive experience and I will be going back there and will recommend to my friends. (No longer) Sadly I had another helix piecring done by another woman and it has never healed. I went back to see Chamonix and she changed the hoop for a bar (at my expense, obviously). It still hasn't healed. This was before Christmas. My other cartilage piercings on both ears are fine. One was done before the one that is at an angle and causing problems, the other I had done later. When I called to talk to them about it they basically accused me of it being due to sleeping on it. (oddly didn't affect the other 4 piercings in that same ear). They wouldn't even consider that it might have been their fault. It's a shame that one bad experience has tainted my view of this place. I won't be going back. That one problematic piercing has cost me a lot and it is still not healed. So in summary, if you're lucky, all will be fine. If they mess up your piercing they'll gaslight you. Service: Ear piercing

Such a disappointing experience here, was hoping for a tattoo and been in contact with about 5 different members of staff who gave me available dates and then proceeded to later say it was unavailable. i turned up to give a deposit of £50 for my secured appointment and was told it was taken again! Wasted lots of my time and staff couldve shown more interest. Also a lady swearing behind the counter which was uncomfortable. Service: Tattoos

Lovely clean streile place. The atmosphere is so nice in here unlike many other tattoo shops and a very extensive selection of jewellery which is great. There is definitely something for everyone also the staff are super helpful and friendly and put you at ease when it's happening
