  I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bells Serviced Apartments in the Hosanna suite during my visit to Leeds, and I must say that it was a truly fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable service and attention to detail provided by the staff. The location of the apartments is excellent, situated in the heart of Leeds with easy access to various attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers. Whether you're a tourist or a business traveler, you'll find that everything you need is just a short walk away. Upon entering my apartment, I was immediately struck by the beautiful scents and its modern and stylish design. The decor was beautifully done, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the furnishings were comfortable and of high quality. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the standout features of Bells Serviced Apartments is the level of amenities provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, allowing me to prepare my meals whenever I wanted. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was essential for my work requirements. The apartment also had a large flat-screen TV with a wide selection of channels, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The bed in my apartment was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The linens were of excellent quality, and the room was soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and uninterrupted sleep experience. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, with a powerful shower and plenty of fluffy towels. What truly set Bells Serviced Apartments apart was the exceptional customer service. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. From assisting with luggage to providing recommendations on local attractions, their attentiveness was truly commendable. In summary, I cannot recommend Bells Serviced Apartments enough. The combination of a prime location, stylish and well-equipped apartments, and top-notch customer service make it an excellent choice for anyone visiting Leeds.   Me and my partner stayed here for the first time in the Emmanuel and honestly it has been our best stay we have ever experienced. When we first walked in, the lobby smelt absolutely amazing (I have to know what scent these were lol) and the staff were lovely! The lobby was low lit which gave the place a real warm and cosy setting. We were also offered complimentary drinks! When we got to our room we were honestly amazed at how nice it was. The rooms themselves were pristine and the decor was absolutely amazing! I feel every room had a really personal touch and even the rooms smelt gorgeous. Everything was so open and it was a real nice touch that the fridge was stocked for any drinks you wished to purchase during the stay. Honestly if we could rate any more stars we would, our only wish is that we could have stayed for longer! We have now booked to come back in October to celebrate both our birthdays in the Big Ben room and we are super excited to come back. Thank you!

  I've stayed here a few times and every time I have it's been absolute bliss. The furniture and decor is beautiful, the hosanna in particular is stunning.   The bells is the best to place to stay in the whole of England! The apartments are mind blowing, the location, perfect & the team members fabulous too! 10/20. We have stayed in all of the apartments more than once, they’re all individually & carefully designed with absolute attention to detail. Thankyou. We will be back 😁

  I had a wonderful experience at The Bells hotel and highly recommend it. The location was great, the facilities were top-notch, and the staff, especially Zen, provided exceptional service. Zen went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable with his helpful and friendly demeanor. I look forward to returning to The Bells hotel in the future.

  Myself and girlfriend stayed in the Liberty apartment for just 1 night and wished we could have stayed for more! What an amazing experience. All of the staff are so lovely and very helpful, the room was so clean with all the facilities you'd need for a relaxing stay. The hot tub area is completely enclosed and private so there are no worries of anybody looking in and you're provided with soft robes for the ultimate spa experience. 100% recommend it for anyone and will definitely be coming back in the future, thank you The Bells! :)

  Amazing experience. All the facilities were great. Stayed in the hosanna room and we didn’t want to leave. Charlie really went above and beyond for us, even when we smashed a bottle on the way out and releasing helium filled balloons in the reception , making a not-so-graceful exit! Also the gentlemen on the late shift helped us replace the gas canister for the fire outside. Thank you all. We will definitely come back and happily take a 20% discount after leaving this review 👍😁

  We’ve just come back from our stay at The Bells, we stayed in Santa Maria. The lobby was breathtaking as it was all decorated for Valentine’s Day, this was a really nice touch. We done our booking directly through Charlie who was exceptional and made our stay 10/10. The room it self was amazing, we are already planning our next trip back. Amazing location walking distance from town centre. 100% recommend once you stay here you won’t want to stay anywhere else!!
