    Surrounded by traffic, and greeted by traffic lights upon entry to find no parking spaces. Although the hotel has upgraded the reception area, this is a soulless corporate environment. Perfect for a conference meeting or black-tie dinner, but please don’t waste your money. If you’re thinking you’re booking a retreat away, it’s old-fashioned dated and so big there is no atmosphere or feeling of being valued . If you’re a company booking 200 rooms, go for it, if you’re a couple looking for a weekend away, avoid at all costs.

    Very nice if you like golf. Parts of the car park are not really car park spaces but, it was very busy & this also meant walking to the main building could become dodgy as there are no crossings or pathways. Rooms were very nice if a bit dated.... Food was excellent!
