290 I paid for 2 divan bed and mattresses which ended up breaking I tried to contact company no joy had to by new beds for my kids bed were basically card stapled to flimsy wood which looks like a fire hazard discusting

Disgusting service bed broke within a few days asked to replace was told it was my fault when assembling it. It’s a divan bed doesn’t need to be assembled it was just faulty and poor quality. Absolutely rude they were and then blocked me off there Facebook and messenger so I couldn’t have it sorted

Poor service and unreliable left me thinking they may not be legit, luckily I chose to pay cash on delivery and not choose the pay in advance by PayPal option. I chose my bed via Facebook, arranged delivery, dismantled my old bed and arranged for it to be collected. I did not receive the text to confirm delivery the day before so I messaged them, to be informed there had been a mix up and they then offered me other delivery options for the following week, of course this was no good to me as Wednesday is my only day off work and I needed a bed that day, but also sent alarm bells ringing that this May of been a con. I cancelled my order and they thought I was being unreasonable because they had apologised. This has put me off ordering on Facebook now, I will stick to going to a bed shop.

Do not buy from this company! We found that company on facebook, they have thousands likes on funpage, but reviews are switch off ( that’s souspicious). We saw lovely bed on photo and we asked for this, firstly in real colour is much darker than on photo (we asked what colour is this and is it the same in real they said say), we ordered bed with gas lift. Headbord arrived scratched, we had problem to assembly that bed specially with that gas lift!! Bed has two boards support the bed frame and one didn’t match with gas lift so we had to manage it ourself! 😡😡 W e sent message to company how that gas lift works and also headborad arrived damaged and we would like to return that bed, they responsed its not possible they do not do any refund and after that they blocked us! We regret we paid by cash. The matress frame cameas a two parts so now I can say its not too good idea during to open gas lift we have to be careful😣 We paid £360 Bed looks lovely but quality is so poor, wouldn’t recommend it

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The "bed" was put together with staples. It was cheap pallet wood, with badly fitted and cut material again stapled to hold it in place. These staples are already falling out. My daughter sat on the bed and a slat cracked where a knot in the wood was. I sent a message within in hours of delivery and then pictures. Was told it was solid wood and wouldn't break. That it hadn't broken at the knot. You could clearly see it had. Was told I could take it back to the manufacturer. -so take a bed 2 and a half hours drive away from me. Then blocked from being able to post a review on website. Reporting to trading standards. Rude and unhelpful.

Bed was delivered with the wrong headboard which was ripped, tried contacting to ask for replacement, I was told I was rude which I really wasn't. Then blocked by them. Judging by other reviews this is just typical of them. Avoid like the plague horrendous!!!
