The Bed Store not only gave me options to choose from, but delivered everything, fit the headboard and took away the old bed and mattress within a couple of hours of me contacting them! What a pleasure to buy our new bed from the Bed Store in Kendal from the pleasant staff who helped us through the various types of beds, to the delivery men who arrived on time and assembled the new bed removed the old one and removed all the packaging. Quite a difference from the dreadful experience we had last time when we brought from Bensons - what a shower!!

Do not rate this store at all,after arranging a delivery slot for the following day at 9.00 am we waited till 10.15 and then rang the shop . Very disappointed. In fact the delivery had never gone out. So we wasted a day. Just a line to the owner of the shop, whether I was spending £10 or £10.000, I expect to be treated with respect, I do not expect to be laughed at over the phone, especially when you were at fault ie not delivered when it should have been
