Went in to buy a a soft double mattress as I'm a side sleeper, was sold a firm mattress, spent nearly £500 and I was told they couldn't swap it as I had used it, the woman had the cheek to say I tried it in the shop even though all the mattresses are upright. Won't be going back.

Delivery for the bed was absolutely ridiculous. Took off work so the bed could be delivered between 7am to 10 am. Called the company and they said the bed would only be delivered in the afternoon now! Now I have to go back into work into work and try take off more time in the afternoon. Companies should stop wasting customers time and money. Lost 4 hours of PAID work due to this rigmarole. IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: Yes we did order a special size, which is why you told us to wait over 10 days for it to be ordered. You said it could not be delivered as a special van was needed. On the day the van was not prepared and did not deliver on time. If you work directly with carrier or factory then it is also your fault for not following up the order and delivery times.
