After being recommended to the bed shop in Cannock we have now used them twice. Both times the customer service and value for money has been excellent. Today was outstanding. We needed a new mattress following a ceiling collapse in our bedroom. Dale and his manager found just what we were looking for at a very competitive price. The mattress was in stock and we were able to collect. Excellent service from a local independent business!

Ordered two adjustable beds some months ago, but due to mix up with The Bed Shop's supplier the wrong heights (too high because of my wife's several ailments) were supplied, which was only noticed when the beds were in situ. The added complication is that we live in an older house with stairs difficult to negotiate. Ever since we had the beds Richard has been in almost constant action to find beds of the right height. He came to the house on several occasions to test whether a particular base would go up the stairs. At long last, several months later, he eventually located beds of the right height and today came and fitted them, even temporarily taking the bannisters off the stairs to get the beds upstairs. He totally went over and above the call of duty to get the right sized beds which now sit proudly in our bedroom. Can't praise Richard enough and so glad we shopped local. Doubt very much if we would have had the same kind of service with a smile if we had purchased on the Internet. Thanks again Richard and all at The Bed Shop. Very well done!!
