What a professional experience from start to finish. I cannot fault the service I received from Anthony and his delivery staff. The mattress was made to order, being a continental bed, and took less than a week to process.....impressive in Covid times, in particular, as so many companies now fall back on that to compensate for inefficiency and poor service....not Anthony!! I am thrilled with the mattress it is just what I asked for, excellent quality and fits perfectly. I cannot recommend The Bed Factory highly enough. Thank you it has been an utter pleasure to do business with you Anthony.

I wanted to share the brilliant experience I had dealing with the bed factory. I needed a bed at short notice, which I also needed to be delivered on the day I went in. It was an emergency situation for an elderly person who needed a bed- They were incredibly professional and empathic towards my situation, and they went over and above to accommodate my request. The customer service from the sales lady we dealt with was exceptional, she was friendly warm and knowledgeable and made the process of choosing the bed easy. The manager was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful as well : ) I really could not have asked for anymore. I would highly recommended them, and just bought another bed from them for myself- Again the service and value is second to none. Thank you again for helping us out so much Bed factory! Crowded store and understaffed. I was unable to navigate my way through the store effectively and socially safely due to the layout of items and routes around. There was one person serving and at least two other customers. However the salesperson didn't even greet me or acknowledge me, dispite my hovering around the doorway for a good ten minutes.
