I have used The Bed Centre several times in the past and the customer service and delivery has always been excellent. I recently replaced an old divan bed and mattress and also purchased a new chest of drawers. As previously, customer service was spot on; courteous and professional; delivery was swift and the delivery men are a credit. They came out twice on scorching hot days, with pleasant smiles and friendly chat. I can thoroughly recommend the Bed Centre, Bramley.

Could be a good shop if you got what you actually ordered. Few years ago bought a single mattress and an oak bedframe around £900+. When delivered arrived without the oak planks but instead was supplied with much thinner pine or similar slats which were instead for a different base design. They came back out with oak planks but no new rails but attempted to fit to existing siderails which if fitted would have left a series of holes. I wanted a refund on everything as not my error but they wouldnt refund mattress so had to keep and buy new base. Mattress not very good as dipped after few months and has never been comfortable. Be glad to bin it soon as time for new one but not from here.

After experiencing a number of problems purchasing mattresses and beds online I went to The Bed Centre, they had a great range of beds and mattresses, the team were extremely helpful and very friendly, the advice given was superb. I purchased their ottoman storage bed and a mattress, it was the nicest ottoman bed I had seen, the material was so soft with the added benefit of being water resistant, the stitching and detail was well done, a well made bed, extremely solid and most of all it stores items underneath without the bottom of the bed bending, the bed base is solid. The mattress is lovely and so well made, their recommendation was spot on. When delivered and installed the two friendly guys wore their face coverings and removed their shoes when they entered my home, this to me was extremely pleasing. I highly recommend them :))
