Given a Groupon voucher for my birthday for this place, but cannot get hold of them on the phone, and Groupon won't talk to me because I'm not the person that bought it. Ridiculous. Voucher binned and I won't be using either company in the future.

I have to admit the venue itself could be updated and customer service improved. I had difficulty booking and was about to cancel the Groupon voucher when I couldn't get through on the phone. I got a call back from an email sent eventually and booked an appointment to give them a chance. I'm so glad I did. Yes, it's not a plush beauty salon but the massage was fantastic and very professional. Elizabeth was very attentive and considerate and I left feeling like the tension has eased off my shoulders especially. Will definitely book again!

I got a voucher from Groupon, when i rang to make an appointment the lady was very unhelpful then she randomly said she would call me back, never got a call back so i called to book a Saturday appointment, she rudely said she was fully booked , so i asked what Saturday would she be free as i work in the week days, she just said i Am fully booked for a while, so i said OK, she then replied with OK bye and hanged up the phone. I rang Groupon straight away and got my money back, now going to Lux Studio - Illford for the same price (very polite and helpful,booked me in straight away) DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THE BEAUTY TRAINING CENTRE, WITH THE ATTITUDE THEY HAVE THEY WONT LAST LONG ANYWAY!! (ONLY GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE I COULD NOT SUBMIT WITH OUT A STAR)

Dreadful...Rubbish....Rude.....Useless... service extremly rude no customer service, had to even ask to be offered a seat. The lady giving the massages cancelled my mothers appointment refused to accept the groupon order number provided was being difficult and point blank rude. She was very unhelpful even when on the phone when trying to book the appointment. Such a disgusting attitude and she is the so called trainer . I got the offer to treat my mum for her birthday via groupon. Do not go there, more than the money wasted it is the rubbish customer service I have never come across anything so poor. I will be making a complaint also directly to groupon for even featuring such an unprofessional company. In The 1 star is purely because it wouldn't allow me to make a review without entering a star
