I cannot praise this service enough!! From my initial phone call ( the lady who answered was very pleasant and friendly) to Fran the nurse whom I spoke to within the hour (again very friendly). Fran arranged an emergency appointment within a couple of hours. I was seen by Dr Baird ( again approachable, friendly and professional) and was there for over an hour being treated, tested, referred etc. Dr Baird was assisted by Hannah and Rachael (lovely, down to earth girls). Even the receptionist was friendly!! Maybe our GP's could learn a thing or two from this practice!! Altogether an excellent experience/service with exceptional staff. Nice clean building too, once inside. Easily accessible via car(Hanover St Carpark), bus or train

Awful service and now that the opening times have changed you just have no chance of going and seeing someone at all. They used to open early but now it doesn’t even open until 10am and shuts at 6pm, so no scope for people who work at all! Utterly useless.
