Ian and the team provide an absolutely impeccable service. From our first contact, Ian was quick to respond to our (many, many) questions. He was generous in giving his time to make sure we understood the options, even before we'd commited to using his team for our decking. On site, the chaps were efficient, kind, careful, and went out of their way to minimise disruption. With both of us still working from home, can't overstate how important that was to us. The finished decking is fabulous. We're thinking through ideas for the back section of our garden and hoping Ian and the team will be able to help us out here too. 27/10. Would recommend. I was so impressed, these guys did an amazing job, and finished with super speed timing! They cleared the entire garden as requested, and with minimal mess. Friendly & personable, they offered plenty gardening advice & various suggestions for my budget. Getting the price quote & arranging payment was straightforward with no hidden costs. As I am sorting my garden in phases, I have already booked the bear gardener to come back for phase 2.
