Pricey for what it is - £16 for two drinks and two scones. It’s not the Roslin. There was a bouncy castle but it needed a clean (we were first in). There were igloos but these were plastic covers (so too hot to stay inside even for early May) and there was sticky food over our table so we had to clean it beforehand.

Took the kids today. This place is great. So different. We stayed for hours. Coffee is the best in Essex I had four and the brownies are brilliant!

We had a lovely time at The Bean Machine. Children enjoyed the bouncy castle and other activities around the big playing area while I enjoyed my icy coffee with other grown ups in the shade. Definitely we will visit regularly this relaxing place.
