Went for a breakfast menu my favourite was the french toast. I did also try both the smoked salmon with eggs benedict muffins and the veggie breakfast. The sea view on the deck is great specially on sunny days.

Wine was very overpriced £29 for a £7 bottle of Shiraz combination wine. We brought half the bottle home and haven’t touched it since as it really wasn’t very good at all. I’ve had better for cheaper elsewhere. Food over priced for the portions. Starters literally came within 2 mins which makes me wonder how long ago it was previously prepared prior to ordering. The seats are far too uncomfortable and need cushions as this makes the tables at a slightly uncomfortably elevated position. As a local, overall it was below average for the money and wouldn’t visit this place again. For the same money there are plenty more places with higher standards than the beach club

The beach club is in a great location with nice drinks and atmosphere. However, after a recent visit I was disappointed with the food quality and service. I ordered a chipotle chicken pizza, when it arrived the pizza was tasteless and the chicken was very burnt and did not taste like chipotle in the slightest. I informed the waitress as I left the majority of the pizza who apologised but didn’t really take any action because of it. Given the price of the food here I would expect more. The service was also slightly lacking on this occasion, the server didn’t check in with us at any point to see how the meal was/ offer any more drinks/ offer sauces etc. I appreciate it was busy but feel like this is a minimum when service charge is included in the bill.
