The store is well set out with plenty of choice on offer. The store has also benefitted from a re- fit and redecorated to a very good standard. It is certainly the best independent bed company in the local area. The staff are very friendly, polite and professional. The Knowledge that the Staff have is excellent & First Class. It is certainly well worth a visit.

The female shop assistant was lovely / however after having paid thousands the manager was rude and Unaccommodating re: a simple request around delivery. His attitude resulted in us cancelling our order. We subsequently bought the same bed from Lancaster and the manager there was extremely accommodating re the same delivery request - totally different experience altogether.

We where looking for a bed mattress to fit our bed frame we had, only problem was that the frame came with us from NZ when we returned from 12 years there, and that is how old both items where. We went to the show room and where given really good service and advice from the couple running the place. We went away from the shop to consider the info we got from them. The mattress was slightly larger than than the uk King size spec and so would have to be made at a factory in Rochdale and may take a couple of weeks to complete. We decided to commit to the order. 2 weeks later the mattress was delivered, but unfortunately it had been made to the UK King size spec. The manufacturers quickly sorted this out, allowing us to retain the original replacement for the week it would take to replace it. The new mattress arrived as promised and the delivery drivers installed it. We have now had the mattress for 8 months and it is for both of us perfect. Despite the mistake, which was cleared and sorted as fast as possible, i will still, and have , recommended this company and its suppliers to anyone.
