Just returned home after a week full of activities and helpful advice, and to say i am knackered would be an understatement, boundaries were pushed via climbing walls, archery, canoeing, wheelchair murderball, and many many more activities, it has given me much food for thought as to what I need to do next. Everything and everyone involved made the week thoroughly enjoyable, so much so that the only constructive negative I could find was that it could have lasted a few more days lol. It would be unfair to name individual people that were part of the experience but suffice to say everyone of them inspired, motivated, enabled, nudged and helped us all to achieve what we thought maybe impossible. A special thank you to Sally the course facilitator who arranged the application for the course, travel, accommodation and much much more besides, many thanks to you all, Per Ardua

Had a really great time here on course. All of the staff are very welcoming and the grounds are beautiful, especially for a morning walk. The food was always nice and the rooms are nice and clean. I will definitely be applying for another course as soon as possible.

Attended 2 courses at the centre earlier in the year. Although unfortunately I struggled more than others due to mobility, the atmosphere in general and staff were amazing. Great food, great accommodation. Anyone due to attend should look forward to it.
