B.T.C.M appear to be discouraging visitors to the centre by lack of facilities,lifts and toilets. Last Saturday, the busiest day of the week, there was one small lift in operation, obviously attracting a long queue. Toilets at outside Asda have been closed for months. Will not return when other centres are much more attractive m ❗️
