Get offered with a pharm referral so I accept I understand the strain and if I don’t need to take an appointment but able get medication then I’m okay with that…BUT to then go to the Pharmacy and the pharmacist diagnose me with conjunctivitis to then be told to pay for anti biotic eye drops? Well the eye drops are more than a prescription so I want a prescription, pharmacy use the bypass phone to ring doctor’s surgery for a Prescription to which no one answers repeatedly! Rang main line to then be told il require a telephone appointment in the afternoon to which nobody called at all!! It’s Friday so a happy conjunctivitis weekend ahead! Cheers for nothing!! Next time il take one of your valued appointments up and not do you the favour!!!! 0/10 slack as!
