BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER! The Barns at Lodge farm isn't just a wedding venue, it's an incredible, lovely team of individuals who will work with you to create the day of your dreams. Sarah, Bryony & Archie helped us to have the best wedding and we honestly can't stop thinking about the day. The team allowed us to add all our little touches and made sure our friends and family had the best time. We knew from the moment we saw the venue that is would be perfect for us. It's a beautiful space created by people who are passionate about weddings. Thank you so much to the team. We would highly recommend this venue if you are looking for a lovely, rustic and sustainable venue. Photo credit: Tom Halliday

Great setting for a rustic, rural wedding. It's remote setting allows for an exclusive feel that you're not sharing the day with anyone but your guests. Whilst remote, and it is well advised to organise taxis ahead of time come last orders, there is amble parking for guests (though its simply a gravel area of land). Several I of the barns are available for use, all which keeps an element of the original rural farm feeling, though it is all elegant enough to not feel you are simply getting married on a farm! I was an usher, and not privy to the costs / details arrangements but I had the sense their equipment offering was limited which allowed a lot more flexibility for your own stamp / customisation (I could be wrong thinking it's a DIY wedding, that may have just been this bride&grooms choice). That said, the staff the day before, and the day of, were absolutely amazing in accomodating the needs of the weeding guests. Their organisation and service was also exceptional. For Guinness drinkers, they sell the cans with that odd device to then froth up the pint... literally that's my only critism of the place! You do have to be lucky with the weather for this place, as it is an ensemble of 3 'areas' and a poor day could make it a little segregated/ spread if people are not using the courtyard which connects all areas together.

In my work as a wedding celebrant, I was lucky enough to marry a couple at this incredible venue. I'm privileged in that I get to visit lots of venues, but this one really deserves some extra praise. It is oozing quirky, rustic charm. It also provides opportunity for couples to be creative, and put their stamp on many of the amazing spaces they can make use of for their wedding day. The Granary is one of the most beautiful spaces I've had the pleasure of conducting a wedding in. It really has to be seen to fully appreciate how special it is. Final mention needs to go to Bryony and her team who are exceptional. They go out of their way to make sure the couple, guests and suppliers feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you for having me. I will not hesitate to shout from the rooftops about your fabulous venue!

I was here back in July for Arti & Jonas' wedding day and this is an absolute gem of a wedding venue. Rustic looking but with great service. A special shout out has to go to Nina, the co-ordinator on the day who couldn't have taken better care of myself, my assistant and the videography team, and I'm quite certain that extends to couples and guests too. The spaces here are super photogenic and especially the sunset spot - often if you're told that the venue 'know a great spot', it's a little bit naff, there might be an ornamental bridge.... No, it's great and they have fab taste.

We only looked at 2 venues, and as soon as we visited the Barns we fell in love. It really was the perfect venue for our long awaited wedding, not only because of its absolute charm and rustic feel, but having Bryony and her team look after you every step of the way made our day the most magical ever. Having to postpone twice during covid our wedding was well worth waiting for, it could not have gone more perfect. A massive shout out to Bryony, Nina, Sinead, Shannon, Archie and Ryan - who captured our last dance of the evening for us on his phone and of course the excellent barman he was! Being able to have our family/friends glamp with us overnight was amazing and very special. We could not recommend The Barns enough. Fabulous Fabulous xxxx

We had our wedding day in October 2022 at Lodge and we're so happy we found this place! From the moment we looked round, we knew it was the place we had to get married. The venue is the perfect barn set up with so many different places to centre different parts of your day. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was on the day and since. Beyond how it looks though, the team are really fabulous too - everyone went above and beyond from start to finish to ensure the day went exactly how we envisioned. I can't thank Sarah, Archie, Bryony and the team enough for enabling us to have such a relaxed day, full of joy.

We took absolute pride telling our wedding venue and all our guests that The Barns at Lodge Farm was the first and only wedding venue we ever looked at. Within a few minutes of seeing the venue after finding them on Instagram we were taken back by the warmth and kindness shown by all the team. This continued through our planning workshops, pre-wedding meetings and even following our wedding. The planning team are well experienced yet allow you full reign to tailor their beloved venue to reflect your individual personalities. The helpers behind the scenes made the whole process of setting up the venue effortless, allowing us to really relax before such an important day and to return to the venue with everything packed up and ready to go was a real sign of how they operate as a business. Always recommending The Barns to anyone that is looking for a venue, we're already waiting for another excuse to plan another event with them. Big shout out to Sinead, Nina, Archie, Bryony, Kate, Katie, Ryan and the bar team for making our wedding so special.
