(Translated by Google) Unfortunately, I can only agree with my predecessor. We looked at the place, but then preferred to drive on and slept in a public parking lot, although we have two large dogs and are not really afraid. The area is unmanageable, there were a few scrap cars standing around and absolutely nobody far and wide to turn to. We had to transfer the money in advance, and there was never a response to our request. I think there was something wrong with the imprint, two of the beautiful impressions from the website seem to be general pictures on the subject of nature camping. There is one point for the large natural meadow, but we would have found another one for less money on the way.

(Translated by Google) It's really making fun of travelers... The ground is not flat, so to speak, the toilets are far away, the shower cold!!... All that for 32 € .. it's the worst we encountered during our stay in England!

(Translated by Google) The "campsite" is basically a con game. You can only pay in advance, don't look at the place, don't get any money back, only realize when you're there that the composting toilets are dirty, there's no contact person on site. I have nothing against nature campsites with the simplest facilities, but then the toilets should be usable and you shouldn't have the impression that you're actually not wanted. No one responded to my ringing at the entrance, at the gate the guard dogs ran freely on the site and I almost didn't dare to enter through the pedestrian gate to open the large gate for the car. You don't feel welcome. Also the price is way too high for the offer.

(Translated by Google) SCAM… ? We booked on the website and paid £27 (€32). We arrived at 9 p.m. There was no one there: neither campers nor campsite staff. There is not even a sign indicating that it is a campsite… We entered a "farm" with no indication of where we could pitch our tent, no indication of toilet facilities or even a water point. No light either. We were scared because there was a dog in the field that ran over us. We were with our baby and were very confused. We rang the doorbell several times with no answer and called 4 times on the phone no answer either…. We ended up leaving and went to sleep at another campsite. Secure this one. We came back the next day at 10 a.m. but again no one… Finally we were called back to tell us that it was our fault and they refused to reimburse us... even though we didn't even sleep there... Do not trust the website which does not reflect reality! (Original) ESCROQUERIE… ?

(Translated by Google) A little disappointed by this campsite, the quality / price ratio is quite expensive. The camping area is very pleasant and peaceful and the surroundings are very nice, especially the meadow which leads to the farm offers a beautiful view of Canterbury. We love camping on the farm for their simplicity, but there the toilets are very far from the camping area and there was no light inside the toilets. I found it unfortunate that there weren't one or two tables (as is often the case) for travelers without a car, so with minimal equipment, it also creates meeting areas with other campers. There is no washing up or a little washing up by hand. In addition, the campsite website indicates that Canterbury is a 15-minute walk away, but it is more like 30, especially towards the campsite because it is a bit steep. In the end, we didn't have a bad stay, but it seems to me that we should either lower the price or increase the services offered to make it fairer.

(Translated by Google) Nice quiet place with minimal equipment. Compost toilet and a shower available. The driveway is too narrow for larger mobile homes. Farm shop next door. Here there are vegetables, eggs, potatoes, fruit and bread. Canterbury is a good 30 minute walk away. A paradise for children. No electricity. For what is offered, the place is too expensive at 16 pounds per person.

I took the kids (9 + 4yrs) there 2 weeks ago. Jack was very welcoming and we basically had the run of the place. It felt incredibly safe and there was lots to explore and do including looking at the animals and exploring the land. I'd recommend the eggs as they are the most delicious! It's a hidden gem this place and we'll def be back. Id love to see a little guide or pamphlet developed for the place which talks about some of the fruit, animals and even includes a basic site map. That would make it even better! Cheers Luke

A great campsite on an organic no dig farm! My little one loved saying good morning to the pigs! Fires were allowed off the ground and the their were compost toilets in a big old roomy chicken shed! It took us about 25 mins to walk into Canterbury with a three year old and it was a lovely walk. You could see the Catherdral from the start. We also cycled our bikes along the Crab and Winkle way into Whitstable and stopped for ice creams. It was a really idyllic place and we were one of the first people to get to try it out! Thanks for having us. We will be back!
