Placed an order on the 27th December and received confirmation that my order would be despatched next day. No further updates or communication untill I queried it on the 8th January and I got this response... "We are currently waiting for an ETA, once we have this we will be able to advise you Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you" Simply not good enough, given the item was available to buy in stock when I placed my order, I asked for a more a more definitive explanation rather than "awaiting ETA", no response!! Will not be using them again!

I had 3 barcode scanners that I purchased from them, but I had a problem reading a particular type of code. I raised a call with their support and I have to say that I am really impressed. Their prices are good which usually means after sales may not be, but that was proven (for me) to not be the case. The support chap (Joe) was always quick to respond, always polite and he persevered until we arrived at a resolution. I was never 'fobbed off' or made to feel dumb, and I wouldn't hesitate in returning to them or recommending them in future. Top marks.
