I really like the dentist Georg schnellinger, but not their receptionist. Since last few days, my tooth got infected badly, so I wrote by WhatsApp to try get appointment to treat the infection, and reactivate the plan removal and do the valplast dentadure (as private customer, not nhs). The first thing that person wrote is to call NHS111, and I ask about private appointment (paying full cost), because the NHS dental service isn’t very useful. Never intended to offend anyone, but on that moment of pain and desperation, I wrote that. Well, looks like I been banned from the dental practice. If that receptionist wasn’t that judgemental, I would have my appointment already, and infection treated. Now, I’m calling the lovely NHS 111 service every day, and Every time they refer me to useless dental practices near my area, that they aren’t interested on treat patients from NHS, and even privately, don’t have appointments until next March!!

I had q raging tooth pain and I called up and they git me in really quickly. Service was great. Even though I was nervous and in pain, the staff treated me with care. Left very satisfied with my bad tooth fixed. Super happy. Thank you all at Barbara Castle Dental Practice. I would highly recommend them.
