I have been seen by both Mr Banwell and Judi and I could not have been treated any better. The treatment rooms are light, airy and most importantly hygienic giving one full confidence knowing that your welfare is their highest concern. With so many places offering similar facial aesthetics in run of the mill salons, lesser equipped and with staff often under qualified, I fail to see any credence in the negative reviews and will continue to attend for regular aesthetics

I was burnt by technician Becca multiple times to my horror! She’s unqualified to use laser and Paul Banwell is unqualified to diagnose or treat either. Please stay clear of this place! Treatment methods are unhygienic too, Becca doesn’t use gloves! If you don’t want to be burnt, then don’t go to Banwell Clinic!
