Bought 2 large balloons costing £18.00 ea on the 7th Jan for a 3 year old. One of the balloons deflated within 10 mins, b4 we even reached home. Went straight back to have it replaced thinking, straight fwd, balloon still in the outer bag, not even taken out of the car yet, BUT to our disgust the manager refused to replace it. She said we must have damaged it ourselves!!! The balloon was still in its outer protective bag! Not only that, she argued with us, refused to give us her name, and another member of staff present at the time sarcastically said, "Have a nice day", as we were leaving. No sympathy, no decency, no customer service!!! Finally we got a name ....Yo!! Not sure if this is her real name. The same balloon at The Card Factory is £4.99! just think of their mark-up and the profit they are making selling damaged goods! I will never return there and suggest to other customers....think twice!

I had a very bad experience with this shop they push me to buy a item that I was checking it and suddenly box tearing in my hand and she said u have to buy it otherwise no one buy it. In my experience because I’m working in sales I know all business they have a faulty for just in case if something happens can return to company but we shouldn’t push customer to buy the item. I was a regular customer and recommend to all of my friends but from now I don’t like to come and buy anything from ur shop. Very poor management 😔

Good products but the customer service is so horrendous that my partner and I agreed that we will not go anymore even though it is 4 minutes walk from us. We will take our business elsewhere or just go without during celebrations.
